The service

ProdexIQ audits public ecommerce catalog data — product completeness, structured data, images, discoverability, and AI-agent readability — for informational purposes. Scores and findings are advisory; you remain responsible for your store's data and SEO decisions.

Paid audits & monitoring

Full audit reports are a one-time purchase per scan. Monitoring is a monthly subscription that renews until cancelled — cancel anytime via your store dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are in USD, processed by Stripe.

If a paid audit materially fails to deliver (e.g. the report is empty or inaccessible), contact us for a refund.

Automated fixes

Connected-store fixes are applied only after your explicit approval and are verified after writing. You can review every proposed change before anything is written to your store, and changes can be reverted in Shopify admin. We're not liable for how recommended content affects your store — review before approving.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the free scanner (rate limits apply), attempt to access other stores' private data, or misrepresent scan results. We may suspend access for abuse.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
